Your Membership Is Yours
A membership belongs to the person whose name is on it. Only that person may play under it. Team of Two and Family plans cover the people named on the account.
Do not let someone else play under your membership or account, and do not send a friend in your place instead of cancelling. If a membership is used by someone else, the member who allowed it loses their membership. The spot goes to the next person on our waitlist.
This applies to Unlimited, Partial, Team of Two, Family, Senior Crew (SilverSneakers and Renew Active), Rise and Shine, Burning the Midnight Oil, and every league, clinic, and session.
Everyone on court must have a signed waiver on file. Staff must know who is in the building. Key fobs and after-hours access belong to one person. Can’t make it? Cancel in CourtReserve so the spot releases.

Two paddles on, two off. Play two games, then back on the rack.
Look at the rack before you serve.
Nobody waiting: game to 11. Paddles waiting: game to 9. Win by 1.

Cancelling & no-shows
Cancel at least 4 hours ahead.
Warnings run through October 31, 2026. The $7.50 no-show penalty starts November 7, 2026.
Forgot? Just let us know. We understand that can happen. We only ask that you be as conscientious as you can, so someone else gets the spot.
Leagues are prepaid, so there's no fee, but a no-show costs your team two forfeits.
If we close the club, there's no no-show.

Cash refunds happen at the inside tennis desk.
Guests
Guests are welcome.
First visit free, then $15. Guests bring their own paddle (the free lesson provides one) and check in at the desk.
Tennis club members aren’t guests. You play at member rates.
